Patient pool size
Is there a sufficient concentration of condition-matched patients within the geographic reach of your site? We model addressable patient density against your enrollment target before committing.

Eligibility criteria complexity
Studies with narrow inclusion windows reduce the qualified patient pool proportionally. We evaluate the cumulative effect of all criteria before determining whether a guarantee is supportable.

Site panel alignment
Can your site's current staffing and visit schedule handle the referral volume the campaign will generate? A guarantee that overwhelms site capacity is not useful.

Enrollment target math
We reverse-engineer the campaign from your randomization goal. If the math doesn't produce a defensible path to your target, we say so before any agreement is signed.
Most Phase II-III studies in common therapeutic areas qualify.
The following conditions have supported guaranteed enrollment commitments based on patient population density, digital channel reachability, and eligibility criteria that can be evaluated in a pre-screen.

- ✓Vaccines (adult and pediatric, preventive immunization studies)
- ✓Women's health (endometriosis, PCOS, menopause)
- ✓Mental health (MDD, GAD, ADHD in adults)
Some studies may qualify. We evaluate them case by case.
The following study types fall outside our standard qualifying criteria but may still support a guarantee depending on the specific protocol parameters, site location, and enrollment target.
- ~Rare but moderately prevalent autoimmune conditions
- ~Studies with moderately complex eligibility criteria (2-3 qualifying windows)
- ~Multi-site studies where per-site enrollment targets are small
- ~Studies with prior-treatment washout requirements of under 6 months
- ~Pediatric studies where the condition has sufficient population density
We don't guarantee studies we can't deliver on. Here's what that excludes.
A guarantee we cannot keep is not a guarantee. The following study types do not meet our feasibility threshold for a contractual randomization commitment. We tell you this upfront, before you commit any budget.
- ×Rare diseases (prevalence under 1 in 10,000)
- ×Oncology protocols requiring confirmed pathology or prior treatment failure
- ×Studies requiring documented disease progression over a defined timeframe
- ×Protocols with extreme biomarker specificity or prior-treatment restrictions that significantly reduce the addressable patient pool
- ×Studies targeting patient populations that cannot be reached through digital or community channels at sufficient volume
Best-effort tier for non-qualifying studies
For studies that do not qualify for the guarantee, we still offer best-effort recruitment at competitive pricing. We tell you upfront which tier applies and deliver full transparency on what we're measuring and why. The same feasibility discipline informs how we build and target the campaign, even without the contractual outcome commitment.
