Not a tagline. A contractual commitment.
“Guaranteed enrollment” is easy to say. Here is what it means in practice at Clinical Enroll.
Check if your study qualifiesThree steps. One outcome.
The guarantee is a structured process, not a blanket promise. If we don't hit your contracted enrollment target, we don't walk away. We run a second campaign at no charge. If that also misses, you get a full refund.
Campaign
Clinical Enroll executes the contracted patient recruitment campaign for the agreed period. Performance is tracked in real time in the Client Portal. Most campaigns run 6-8 weeks.
Re-run (if target not met)
If the contracted enrollment target is not met at the end of the campaign period, Clinical Enroll runs one additional recruitment campaign at no charge. Re-run scope and timeline are agreed in writing before it begins.
Refund (if re-run also misses)
If the re-run campaign also falls short of the contracted target, you receive a full refund of the campaign fee. No partial credits. No retained setup fees.
The commitment in plain terms:
If we don't hit your contracted enrollment target, we run a second campaign at no charge. If the re-run also misses, you receive a full refund. The commitment is to randomization — not to referrals, screens, or any other upstream metric.
The guarantee is a shared commitment.
We deliver qualified patient referrals to your site. You are responsible for moving those patients through the screening and enrollment process. The following obligations must be met for the guarantee to remain in effect. If they are not, the guarantee does not apply to the affected referrals.
Initial contact within 1 business day
Each referred lead must be contacted by phone at least twice within one business day of delivery to the Client Portal.
Follow-up contact within 2 business days
Each lead must be contacted by phone or SMS at least two additional times within two business days of initial contact.
Client Portal tracking
All lead status updates, contact attempts, and enrollment progress must be logged in the Clinical Enroll Client Portal. Referrals not tracked in the Portal may not be counted toward the contracted target.
Timely scheduling
Screening appointments must be scheduled at the earliest operationally available times. Site scheduling delays may affect the guarantee period.
Active IRB approval
IRB approval for the study must remain active throughout the campaign. If approval lapses for reasons outside Clinical Enroll's control, it may affect the guarantee.
Full obligation details are documented in the engagement agreement and in our Terms of Service.
Most Phase II-III studies in common therapeutic areas qualify.

This list is not exhaustive. Submit your NCT number for a definitive feasibility evaluation.
A guarantee we cannot keep is not a guarantee.
We do not guarantee every study. The following study types do not meet our feasibility threshold for a contractual randomization commitment. We tell you this upfront, before you commit any budget.
- ×Rare diseases (prevalence under 1 in 10,000)
- ×Oncology protocols requiring confirmed pathology or prior treatment failure
- ×Studies requiring documented disease progression over a defined timeframe
- ×Protocols with extreme biomarker specificity or prior-treatment restrictions
- ×Studies targeting patient populations that cannot be reached through digital or community channels at sufficient volume
BEST-EFFORT TIER
For studies that don't qualify, we still offer best-effort recruitment.
For studies that do not qualify for the guarantee, we offer competitive recruitment at transparent pricing. We tell you upfront which tier applies. The same feasibility discipline informs how we build and target the campaign — even without the contractual outcome commitment.
Questions about the guarantee.
Find out if your study qualifies. No commitment required.
